Higher Thorne is in a private rural location, about half a mile from the very popular Exmoor village of Exford which has a general store, post office and two renowned pub/hotels. It is an impressive south facing property which has evolved over the centuries but is not Listed. There are a number of excellent rooms within the house which include a large drawing room, lovely reception hall with open fire, sitting room, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom suite includes a dressing room and bathroom. Whilst the house would benefit from some updating, it is a lovely large family home with excellent potential.
