"A south facing detached 4 bedroom farmhouse (Agricultural Occupancy Condition) located in the heart of the Exmoor National Park with versatile range of farm buildings and pasture land. In all 9½ acres.

SITUATION
Higher Riscombe lies in the heart of the Exmoor National Park and offers endless opportunities for country pursuits such as shooting and hunting. The property is within easy driving distance of Porlock, Minehead, South Molton and Lynton. The popular village of Exford is about 3 minutes driving distance where there are two pubs, a post office, a first school, village stores, village hall and a garage. 

DIRECTIONS
From Exford take the B3224 towards Simonsbath and the property will be found one mile after White Cross on the right hand side clearly displayed with a ‘For Sale’ board. 

DESCRIPTION
