"A well proportioned and nicely presented 4 bed family home in a charming village setting, with large double garage, south facing garden, and no onward chain.

The property is accessed from the front through a timber door under a storm porch; a peaceful spot to sit and enjoy the front garden. The hallway is carpeted and enjoys understairs storage in addition to a good sized coat cupboard, as well as a cloakroom with WC and hand basin. To the right is the sitting room; an attractive space which enjoys an open fire with stone surround and hearth, as well as a large bay window with a pleasant outlook into the front garden that allows in ample light. Glazed double doors lead through to the dining room, with ample space for a large table and features sliding patio doors out in to the garden. Adjacent is the kitchen, laid to tiled flooring and equipped with a range of wall and base units with worktops and tiled splashbacks over, integrated electric oven with 4 ring hob and chimney extractor, double sink with drainer, space and plumbing for a washing machine & dishwasher, and space for a fridge freezer. Beyond the kitchen is a very handy lobby, with tiled floor, doors leading to the front and rear, and some under counter cupboards with sink over. The oil fired boiler is located at the rear of the lobby. A further door leads through into the double garage, which is a fabulous space. Insulated throughout, with electric up and over doors the garage offers a superb, multi use space as is, or for potential conversion, with an established loft with window in situ. Upstairs are four well proportioned bedrooms and a family bathroom. All the bedrooms are carpeted and enjoy some form of built in storage. The master is naturally the largest, and also benefits from an en suite shower with WC, bidet, and pedestal basin. The remaining bedrooms could all house a double bed, whilst the family bathroom is tiled throughout and features a bath, shower cubicle, WC and hand basin within vanity unit.

Kimmeridge enjoys a tranquil, south facing and fully enclosed rear garden, the majority of which is laid to lawn with a small patio adjacent to the house. The busy market town of Langport 2 miles , has an excellent range of everyday amenities including supermarket, shops, primary school, churches, inns, doctors and dentists surgeries, library, veterinary surgery, caf s, etc., whilst Huish Academy with its adjoining sixth form and sports centre, with sporting facilities for all ages, is at neighbouring Huish Episcopi.

Aller is ideally placed for commuting to the county town of Taunton and a number of other surrounding towns including Bridgwater, Yeovil, and Street. There are main line rail links at Taunton and Yeovil, whilst the M5 and A303 are both within 20 minutes.
