After approximately half a mile turn left sign posted Ilton and follow the road into the village. Continue past the pub following the road round to the left. Turn left into Pennys Mead where Kings Lear will be a turning on the right. Follow the road to the end of the cul-de-sac where the property will be found via a pedestrianised pathway in the far left hand corner of the cul-de-sac.
