Situated in a riverside no-through road in the town of Highbridge being ten minutes walk from the main town centre, mainline railway link and choice of two supermarkets.

The M5 junction 22 at Edithmead is two and a half miles drive giving excellent access to Bristol, Taunton, Exeter and the M4 corridor.
