"Located on the Bath side of Frome, this detached split level bungalow has been updated internally to create a fantastic open plan home. Slightly elevated, there are views across the down from the kitchen and rear garden.

The property has a driveway plus a car port, and entrance at the front of the bungalow leads to the porch and then into the hallway. The sitting room has been opened up to the kitchen which is at the rear of the house, forming a wonderful family space. The kitchen has modern units and access to the rear garden. In addition to the gas central heating, there is a contemporary style wood burner in the living room.

There are three bedrooms in total, all double. One has an en-suite shower room along with both internal & independent access. The family bathroom is modern and has a shower over the bath, WC and washbasin.

Outside there is a driveway and garden to the front and a low maintenance enclosed south facing rear garden. Although the bungalow has been updated, there is still plenty of potential to further improve this lovely home.
