The property is approached via a pedestrian path at the front with parking and a garage at the rear. Much thought has gone into the design of the living areas with the kitchen being the hub of the home. With newly fitted modern kitchen units and built in integrated appliances the kitchen is stylish, and with a breakfast bar this space is not only functional but also sociable. All the kitchen appliances are NEFF including the Bake Off classic hide and slide oven, a warming drawer, induction hob and integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is plumbing for an integrated washing machine.

In the living area there is space for both a dining and seating area as well as plenty of storage. The wooden clad garden room is a very recent addition and is a light and bright space with glazed doors on two walls that open out onto the rear garden. The living area has a real sense of being a flexible, expansive space that can be furnished in many different ways. The space has double aspect doors and is flooded with light with a real connection to the outside.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, one of which has a wall of built in storage and an airing cupboard. Again these rooms are light and bright with the back room having a feature window. The shower room has been newly fitted and has a walk in shower with a glass screen and marble style tiles. This room has a clean and fresh feel.

Outside The front and back gardens are enclosed and private. They have been newly landscaped with paths, a paved terrace, a lawn and borders. A gate leads from the rear garden out to a garage and an allocated parking space.

Location Lime close is a quite cul de sac in the popular Stonebridge area of Frome which is on the Bath side of the Town. Close by is the Old Frome Show ground which is now a green open space and popular for walking and picnics. There is a GP surgery and hospital in the vicinity as well as a gym, swimming pool, rugby and cricket club. Approximately 0.25 miles is a parade of shops including a convenience store. The town centre with its amazing array of amenities is approx.1 mile away.

Frome has been listed in the Times as one of Best Places to live in Britain" and it is not difficult to see why. The architecture is wonderful, and it has a wealth of culture and history. It was the original Somerset market town and its history dates almost back to the Doomsday Book. The penchant for markets continues to today with regular markets every Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday.

On the first Sunday of the month from March to December the town hosts the Frome Independent Market. This is more festival than market and attracts visitors from all over the country and beyond. It is famed for bringing together the best local food and drink, artists and designers, produce, plants, flowers, retro, vintage, collectables, home wares and street entertainment.

It has in the last few decades enjoyed a renaissance with a huge influx of people moving here from London and all around. It now boasts a fabulous array of independent shops, award winning restaurants and cafes, a blossoming arts movement and supports some fabulous venues including the Cheese and Grain, Rock Lane Arts and the Silk Mill.

Frome is also known for its community spirit and has several choirs, a symphony orchestra, a youth band, two theatres and multiple other venues. It hosts multiple festivals including the Frome Cheese Show amongst others. There really is something for everyone.
