"Located in a quiet cul de sac location off the ever popular Wyville Road area of Frome. A well presented, extended and modern family home with garden, garage and parking. Benefitted from two 17 foot reception rooms, oil central heating and recently re-fitted A rating double glazing throughout. The light and spacious accommodation consists of an entrance hall leading to the living room. The 17 foot living room has stairs leading to the first floor and a window to the front. The 17 foot dining room/family room is a very useful space and has a window to the rear and a storage cupboard and opens up onto the kitchen. The kitchen has a window to both the rear and the side. There is a range of wall and base units with roll top work surfaces over and in-set stainless steel sink unit with mixer tap.  There is a built in Whirlpool electric oven with hob over, space and plumbing for a washing machine, a built in Hotpoint dishwasher and space for a fridge freezer.  The floor is tiled and there is a door to the side.  On the first floor the landing has an airing cupboard, a window to the side and access to the loft.  There are three bedrooms with bedroom one having a window to the front elevation and a built in wardrobe, bedroom two has a window to the rear elevation and a recessed storage area and bedroom three has a window to the front elevation.  The bathroom has an obscure window to the rear elevation, a panelled bath with electric shower over, pedestal wash hand basin and W.C.  Externally the fully enclosed rear garden has a paved patio which leads down to the good sized lawned garden, there is a gated side access and an oil tank.  The front of the property has parking for two vehicles and there is a single garage with up and over door in a block opposite the property with an additional parking space to the front and an outdoor storage area to the rear accessed from a part glazed door to the rear of the garage. Frome is a pretty market town and recently voted one of the top six places to live in England by the Times newspaper It has a thriving town centre with many amenities, including a wide range of local and individual shops, a twice weekly market, banks, post office, two theatres, a number of music venues, a cinema, pubs and restaurants, a new local hospital, supermarkets, a number of schools including the highly sought after Trinity First School and a railway station with direct mainline services to London. There is a Leisure Centre with swimming pool and the usual facilities. Located on the borders of Somerset and Wiltshire the surrounding countryside offers lots of lovely walks and opportunities for outdoor pursuits. The town has two golf courses and a football club. Nearby is the well renowned Longleat Estate, a number of national trust properties including Stourhead, and Babbington House Country Club. The stunning Georgian city of Bath lies approximately 15 miles distant, which is home to elegant buildings, amazing museums and ancient hot springs, offering a wealth of cultural experiences to enjoy. There are good road links to London and the South West via the A303, M4 and M5 all of which are in reasonable reach. Mainline rail connections to London are also provided from Bath and nearby Westbury and Bristol International airport is also just a 45 minute drive away.
