"As you drive around Brunel Way and into Collet Way the feeling of guilt presides over the condition of your own front garden as you pass beautifully manicured lawn after manicured lawn. This house is no different. In some people's opinion, the best road on this development, with this house in particular owning more than most of it when it comes to plot. With gardens to all sides and no expense spared when it comes to improving and maintaining in recent years. The flow of this executive house is superb with plenty of space as you enter through the enclosed porch into the entrance hallway with a downstairs cloakroom and access to the dual aspect living room

(with the sun room beyond), the dining room and the kitchen breakfast room. Access to the double garage with electric up and over doors and plenty of driveway parking in front. Upstairs' the four bedrooms are all of a good size with the main bedroom benefitting from an en-suite shower room in addition to the main bathroom. The central heating is providing by gas warm air vents with a Starling & Johnson boiler approximately 6 years old. Modern double glazing is featured throughout the property. The rear garden is 73ft by an average depth of 40ft with a huge (and expensive) amount of paving, pond area and water feature, summer house, garden shed and wood store. The lawn area is surrounding by well-planned flower and shrub borders
