"High Court House is an attractive double fronted property set in over 1 acre of grounds. The in and out driveway leads past the outbuildings to a lined path to the front porch.

Once inside, the central hallway accesses the kitchen/breakfast room, dining room and sitting room. The dining room/reception2 enjoys a fine view over the front patio and lawn to the countryside beyond and leads to the ample study. The kitchen is fully fitted and has an Aga, as well as, an attached utility room, boot room and cloakroom.

The main sitting room has a semi vaulted ceiling and fantastic fire place is, triple aspect with window seats. Upstairs the first floor landing gives access to the family bathroom, 3 main bedrooms (one of which has the ensuite facilities) and two staircases to the 2nd floor, where there are 2 further bedrooms, bathroom and storage space. High Court House is situated in the rural hamlet of Standerwick with panoramic views over the surrounding countryside.
