SITUATION 24 Nicholas Close is in the village of Brushford, on the southern edge of the Exmoor National Park. Brushford has a garage and small store, village hall and church. It is just 2 miles from Dulverton where there is a primary school, middle school and more comprehensive day to day shopping and other commercial facilities. Brushford is extremely well located for access to the varied footpaths and bridleways that lead out onto Exmoor with Haddon Hill and Wimbleball Lake is close by with its variety of water sports. Tiverton is about 10 miles to the south and at Tiverton Parkway adjacent to Junction 27 on the M5 there are fast train services to London Paddington.
