To the left of the hall is the L shape lounge / dining room with two large UPVc double glazed windows. There is access to the kitchen from the dining area and the hall. The kitchen has a range of base and eye level units with a one and a half bowl single drainer sink, built in oven and electric hob, larder cupboard, cupboard housing the gas combination boiler. A UPVc double glazed door gives access to the utility porch which in turn gives access to the cloakroom and access to the rear garden, UPVc double glazed door gives access to the side. To the front the property has wrought iron double gates to the block paved drive which leads to the large garage, front garden is mainly laid to lawn with flower and shrub borders.
