"Great sized two bedroom bungalow with double garage and large garden in a tucked away location off Lordsleaze Lane. The property has living room having open fire and lean to conservatory leading out to the garden. The kitchen diner is fitted in light wood with a door leading to the passageway and the garage section of the property. The bedrooms are both doubles and the master has built in wardrobes. The bath has a shower over the bath and the WC is separate. The house has PVC double glazing and gas central heating from a combi boiler.

To the front is good sized driveway parking area and a gate leading to the side access. The garage is a double and has storage off, and there is a WC serving the garage and garden off the connecting passageway.

The garden is large and laid to grass which is at present wild grass with mown borders. At the top of the garden are fruit trees. There is a detached building in the garden that is excluded form the tenancy and the landlord will retain access to it.
