We are of the opinion that this bungalow was built by Stanley Stone (Chelsea) Limited in the mid 1980's to NHBC specifications. The property is built of brick and block cavity walls having a tiled and felted roof.

Most pleasantly located in a much favoured cul-de-sac comprising bungalows within easy walking distance of convenience store and within easy reach of the doctors surgery, library, town centre and sea front.

Leisure amenities close by include the BASC sports ground, avenue lawn tennis club, golf course, bowls club and heated indoor swimming pool.
