The property was extended in approximately 1982 by way of bringing forward the front bedroom which now enables it to be a double bedroom. The property also benefits from cavity wall insulation, gas central heating, double glazing and upgraded loft insulation. Built of brick and block cavity walls with colourwashed external elevations having a tiled, felted and well insulated roof. Low maintenance soffits, facias and rain water goods. We believe the boiler and central heating system was installed in approximately 1998.
