Situated within a few minutes walk of the main High Street of Burnham-on-Sea which provides a good variety of shops, banks and building societies. Also close to Morrisons supermarket, the sea front and miles of sandy beach. Local primary and secondary schooling are also close by and the M5 junction 22 at Edithmead is just over 2 miles drive giving excellent access to Bristol, Taunton and Exeter.

Built at the turn of the century this spacious town house has been updated and modernised by the present vendors and provides excellent accommodation.
