Situated on a modern residential development to the east of the town centre. Amenities close by include public house and Tesco supermarket. BEDROOM 8'10 x 7'8 (2.69m x 2.34m) :- Radiator, double glazed window and built in wardrobe with shelving.

BATHROOM :- Part tiled walls and comprising white suite of panelled bath with mixer tap/shower attachment, rail and curtain. Pedestal wash hand basin with mixer tap and low level w.c.
