DIRECTIONS

From our office in Congresbury on Station Road, proceed through the lights on the A370 towards Bristol. Stay on this road until you enter Cleeve. Just past the Lord Nelson pub you will see a turning to the left for Miller Road. Take this and then the first right into Cleeve Drive, where the property will be found on your left hand side.

SITUATION

Within the village of Cleeve, there is a general store, hairdressers, take-away and Public House, with more comprehensive facilities available in Yatton, around 1.5 miles away. There is also a main line station at Yatton, which provides regular links with the inter-city network, and access to the M5 motorway at Clevedon is but a short drive. Regular buses are available on the A370 to both Bristol centre and Weston-super-Mare, and there is a useful park-and-ride scheme at the end of the Long Ashton bypass. There is a local junior school available at Court De Wyck, and the property does of course full within the popular catchment area for Backwell secondary school, for which there is currently a coach pick-up service available from the main road. Nearby recreational facilities are to be enjoyed in Cleeve with the local cricket and tennis clubs, and Cadbury Country Club is a short distance away at Congresbury. Golf courses are available at Downside, Long Ashton, Failand and Clevedon, and there are good country walks on your doorstep.
