"A contemporary, unique and architecturally designed barn conversion in a rural, village location with gardens and off road parking. Entrance hall, spacious open plan sitting/ dining and kitchen area, four large double bedrooms (master en-suite), family bathroom and gardens to side and rear.

Situation The Old Dairy is located in the rural village of Wembdon with the Quantock Hills to the west and the Mendips to the north. Wembdon, itself, offers a good range of local amenities to include a shop, public house, ancient church, primary school and a bus service directly to the town centre of Bridgwater. Bridgwater is just two miles and the county town of Taunton is twelve and half miles and there is easy access to the M5 motorway at junction 23. There are mainline railway stations at both Taunton and Bridgwater. There is also easy access to the adjoining Quantock Hills designated as a first area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the country which offers miles of footpaths and bridleways to be enjoyed. Description The Old Dairy is an impressive conversion to what was once part of the adjacent farm. The architectural designed barn includes many of the original period features including vaulted ceiling, exposed beams in the open plan kitchen/dining and sitting room. There are engineered oak floors throughout the property and handmade, hand painted, double glazed wood casement windows; including double French doors leading out from the spacious open plan reception room onto the garden. Much thought and attention went into the design of the barn, including a bespoke fitted kitchen, induction hob with touch screen controls, soft glazed doors, Belfast sink, solid oak work surfaces, plumbing and space for dishwasher and space for fridge freezer. Door to En-suite Tiled corner shower cubicle with fitted mains power shower, low level w/c, washbasin, chrome heated towel rail, ceiling down lights. Bedroom 2 Tilt and turn door with blinds leading out onto the main garden. Ceiling down lights. Radiator. Bedroom 3 Tilt and turn door. Radiator. Ceiling down lights. Bedroom 4 Tilt and turn door leading out onto the patio area. Radiator. Ceiling down lights. Hatch to roof space. Bathroom With a suite comprising deep double end panelled bath with chrome fitted shower attachment, low level w/c, ceiling down lights, chrome heated towel rail, radiator. Black porcelain tiled walls and floor. Outside The property is approached via a shared gravelled driveway approached via a painted wooden gateway with painted wooden five bar gate.
