"A well presented and greatly extended, detached residence situated on a large plot in a desirable location on the west side of town.

The property, originally a bungalow has been extended greatly over the years and with the addition of 2 dormer bedrooms and an upstairs shower room, now offers spacious accommodation over 2 floors. Constructed in the 1970 s of red brick under a pitch tiled roof, the property is nestled on a larger than average plot nicely tucked away at the end of a cul de sac on the west side of town.

The spacious and flexible accommodation is arranged over two floors and briefly comprises; a double glazed entrance door opens into a useful porch with door leading into the welcoming hallway. Stairs rise up to the first floor, doors leading to the ground floor rooms along with a useful airing cupboard and storage cloaks cupboard. To the front is the principle bedroom with built in bedroom furniture, along the hallway is bedroom 5 study, family bathroom and bedroom 2 which is also a double.
