Situation and Amenities Twinhill Mill is situated in a stunning rural location, in the heart of the Quantock Hills, designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The property is on the outskirts of the village of Spaxton, which benefits from a village hall, local shop, garage, primary school and parish church. The County Town of Taunton is approximately 10 miles distant, providing an extensive range of shopping, leisure and scholastic facilities with three leading public schools. Taunton also has a mainline railway station, with a direct line into London Paddington and also has motorway access at junction 25 of the M5 motorway. Bridgwater lies to the East within 5 miles and has further access to the M5 at junction 24. The Quantock Hills are renowned not just for their beauty but also their limitless rambling/walking and riding opportunities. Description Twinhill Mill, as the name suggests, is formerly a pair of old mill cottages, which were sympathetically converted, extended and improved in recent years. The property is constructed of Quantock stone elevations, rendered in parts, under a tiled roof. There is a large master bedroom with an en-suite wet room and a further single bedroom and in the main part of the cottage there are three further bedrooms, a family bathroom and an en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms benefit from lovely views over the stream or open countryside. Outside Twinhill Mill is situated in a stunning rural location with gardens and grounds, which enhance the property greatly. There is an extensive parking area, which leads onto a large expanse of flat lawn, ideal for childrens recreation and then slopes lead down to the Peart water stream, which runs through the property. This is a stunning setting and benefits from wild flowers and mature trees and a bridge provides access to a separate area of meadow ground. Directions From Bridgwater take a left turn off the A39 into West Street and follow the road past the Durleigh reservoir into Spaxton. Take the third road on the right, the Peart water Road, signposted to Nether Stowey and then the first left into Twinell Lane. Twinhill Mill is the second house on the right. From Taunton, take the Kingston Road through Kingston St Mary and at the top of Buncombe Hill at the Pines Restaurant, turn right signposted to Enmore. Turn left just after The Traveller's Rest and follow this road to a T Junction. Turn right and then take the first left into the Peart water Road, signposted to Nether Stowey and then take the first left into Twinell Lane. Twinhill Mill is the second house on the right.
