"Novar is a substantial 1950?s detached family home, located in a wonderfully quiet and leaf residential position, on Bath?s highly sought after southern slopes, only a short distance to central Bath and near many good state and independent schools.

The property is positioned centrally with a lovely north-westerly aspect with stunning views, within approx ? acre plot, with extensive gardens to the front and rear, including private driveway parking for several cars and a single garage. There are also rights of access to the private woodlands and a large field to the rear of the property for quiet recreational enjoyment. A host of wildlife includes Badgers, Pheasants, Buzzards, Deer and Owls.
