"Ridgewood is a substantial detached four bedroom family home offering generous and practical family accommodation arranged over two floors. The property has been a family home for the last 30 years and has not come to the market during this time.

On the ground floor there is a large attractive double aspect sitting room with terrace doors leading onto both front and rear sun terraces. In addition there is formal dining room to the front and a well equipped kitchen and breakfast room to the rear with access to the garden along with a guest cloakroom and utility room.

The first floor offers a large master bedroom suite with a spacious en suite bathroom, a well fitted shower room and three further bedrooms.

The property is positioned particularly well in mature and leafy gardens to the front and rear of approximately 1/3rd acre and offers significant opportunity to further extend if required. Perrymead is a quiet residential location, located off Ralph Allen Drive on the southern slopes of Bath within only a few minutes of the City centre and with easy access to a triangle of excellent schools which include The Paragon School, Prior Park College, Monkton Combe School, Ralph Allen School, Widcombe Infants and Juniors School and King Edwards School.
