"A charming Victorian home with well presented accommodation over three floors situated in a popular cul-de-sac within walking distance of Widcombe, Bath city centre and Bath Spa train station. The ground floor accommodation includes an entrance vestibule with access through an original stained glass door into the entrance hall. A bayed living room with period cast iron fireplace opens into a dining room which is presented with a cast iron multi-fuel burner inset to the chimney breast and original alcove recessed glass cabinets with drawers and cupboards underneath.
