"Barcroft occupies a wonderfully elevated position on Lyncombe Vale Road, opposite Lyncombe Hall and enjoys beautiful open views. The property has been in the same ownership for 35 years, was built in the 1960's and sympathetically extended in the 1990's. The generously proportioned, flexible family accommodation which is in excellent decorative order throughout is arranged over 3 floors.

On the ground floor there is a newly fitted contemporary kitchen/family room which has a charming leafy aspect and a pretty sitting room which is linked to a conservatory, dining room and well-fitted office area.
