"A substantial period property, over three storeys, offering flexible accommodation and impressively proportioned rooms including three 20ft x 14ft reception rooms. Having been in the family since the early 80's, the current owner has split off the garden level into a separate flat, providing some welcome extra income. The staircase is still in place, meaning the property could also be re-instated into a single dwelling. The Garden Flat is accessed via a private entrance to the side of the building. The central hallway has a walk-in storage cupboard and provides access to the other rooms of the flat.
