"This detached property was believed to have been built in the 1970?s as part of a development by ARC Homes.

The accommodation is laid out over two floors and is well proportioned, offering five bedrooms on the upper floor with bathroom and en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large drawing room, separate dining room, kitchen and separate sitting room.

To the rear there is a delightful level garden which is mainly laid to lawn, having a sun terrace and attractive views across Bath. To the front there is ample driveway parking and a double garage.

This is a wonderful detached family house set in a good location close to the City centre, but at the same time offering a delightful aspect.
