Description: An older style semi detached house overlooking and adjoining fields and countryside to the rear.The property is in need of some improvement and enjoys good size gardens. The accommodation comprises lounge, second living room or a dining room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate w.c. There is a useful workroom/utility room to the rear of the house, storage cupboard and a second w.c.

Outside:

Directions:
From Midsomer Norton proceed to Paulton and continue through the village and on to Hallatrow. At the T junction turn right and follow the road into and through High Littleton. After leaving the village pass the garage and turn right into Hayeswood Road. Continue into Timsbury passing the shops on the left and take the second turning into Lansdown Crescent. Bear left and the property will then be found on the left hand side identified by our For Sale board.
