DESCRIPTION: This detached four bedroomed family home offers spacious accommodation and is situated within a popular residential development in Peasedown St John, no more than 6 miles from the beautiful city of Bath.  The ground floor accommodation comprises a good sized lounge with feature fireplace and ceramic hearth. A separate dining room with sliding wooden patio doors leads to a large hexagonal conservatory with centre fan to remain.  The kitchen has had refitted splashback tiles, worktop and 1.5 black sink drainer, large understairs cupboard. A recently refitted cloakroom, useful utility area leading out to the rear garden, a temporary stud partition converted garage, currently utilised as an office space, which also leaves 6 ft for storage from the front of the property via the garage door, but which could easily be removed and returned to a full size garage.
