"A fantastic opportunity to acquire a two double bedroom semi detached home with garage situated on the southern slopes of Bath. Internal inspection comes highly recommended to fully appreciate this property. Offered with no onward chain.

Location Meadow Park is found within Sulis Meadows, a residential development of modern houses built on the Southern fringes of Bath. The property is within striking distance of local amenities including a supermarket, newsagent/mini-market, bakery, chemist and Post Office. Two primary schools and St Gregory?s secondary school are all within walking distance. You also have the added benefit of a number of lovely surrounding countryside walks. There is also the ?Park & Ride? which provides a regular bus service in to the world heritage city of Bath. Bath offers a good range of fine dining, boutique shops, The Theatre Royal and the architecturally unique Thermae Spa. There are transport links to London either from junction 18 of the M4 which lies to the north of the city or by rail from Bath Spa railway station to London Paddington (Approximately 90 minutes). Internal Description On entering the main entrance hall you have stairs up to the first floor, doors to down stairs WC, kitchen and main reception room. The Kitchen is to the front of the ground floor and comprises a range of wall and base units with worktops over, inset sink and drainer, integrated electric oven and gas hob with extractor over. There is a double glazed window to the front aspect and space for a fridge freezer. from the entrance hall you have the down stairs WC and a door from the hall leading you into the main reception. The main reception is a lounge/ diner with laminate flooring a built in storage cupboard and a door to the rear garden. Once on the first floor landing you have doors off to the main bathroom and the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are doubles one to the front aspect and one to the rear. The bathroom is in the centre and comprises a white suite with a WC, wash hand basin and panelled bath with shower over. External Description Externally you have front and rear gardens and a single garage. To the front the garden is mostly laid to lawn with a path leading to the front door. To the rear the garden is enclosed by fencing and walling, there is a patio and lawn area and a gate to the side of the garden giving you side access.
