"On the southern edges of the City this lovely family home has been extended sideways and upwards over the years to provide plenty of accommodation for a growing family. There are also some fabulous views over the City from the rear.

Let`s begin your tour in the entrance hallway on the ground floor. From here you can access all the downstairs rooms which include: a shower room, a large living room with bay window, a dining room also with a square bay with doors opening onto the rear garden, a fitted kitchen, a utility room and a third reception room which would make an ideal home office.

Up to the first floor and there are three bedrooms and a bathroom and then a spiral staircase taking you up to the loft room. This room is currently used as a bedroom and has an ingenious velux window which morphs into a balcony when opened fully!

Outside there are gardens with the rear garden consisting of a patio, lawn and decking areas. The house also enjoys gas central heating and double glazing and is available from the 2nd April on an unfurnished basis. There is also plenty of easy, unrestricted on street parking.
