"Built in 2007, this attractive development has been built as a series of curved terraces arranged around a central green. Tucked away behind a substantial period wall, this lovely residential cul-de-sac is ideally located for local shops and bus routes. The terrace looks over an area of communal lawn, with the allocated parking space just at the end of the row. The front door opens to a pleasantly wide entrance hall, with a very useful cloakroom. The sitting room looks over the green area in front of the house, whilst the kitchen has room for a breakfast table, as well as providing access to the garden. Both bedrooms are double rooms, the larger with an en-suite shower room and built-in double wardrobe, and there is also an additional shower room. The enclosed rear garden has a patio area adjacent the house, with planted borders and a pond as you head to the rear gate, from which you can also get to the parking area.
