"This fine house is situated just to the south of the city centre and very well placed for easy access to numerous reputable schools. Built in the classic style of the period and of a type infrequently available in the Bath market, it been maintained and improved to provide truly comfortable living and entertaining space to suit a variety of needs.

The house (which we understand played a role in the early life of Dorothy House Hospice) has over 3,500 sq ft of accommodation which is evenly balanced over four floors. The two principal ground floor rooms are spacious and elegant, with the 20n++ drawing room having a balcony overlooking the rear garden. The large open plan lower ground floor AGA kitchen/breakfast room with sitting area is perfect for the family to get together for informal dining, and the conservatory links the kitchen to the rear terrace and garden for summer dining and relaxing.

In addition, the further substantial room at lower ground floor level provides scope for a family room or large study/home office, or dining room, in the event that a new owner might require two sitting/drawing rooms at ground floor level.
