"A charming two double bedroom three storey end of terrace cottage in Combe Down village. Built c.1850 but recently refurbished by the current owners to a very high standard throughout. Delightful well stocked long garden with off-street parking and a garage.

Description
This Grade II listed end of terrace cottage is believed to have been built around 1840-1850 and is ideally located within the village. The current owners have recently finished refurbishment and it is now immaculately presented throughout. You enter in to a small hallway with decorative stained glass door. From here you have access to the lounge and stairs to the first floor, lower floor and door to the utility room. The lounge with feature stone fireplace has 2-pane wooden sash windows to the front aspect and has been opened up onto the adjoining sitting room. Similarly this sitting room has feature stone fireplace and 12-pane wooden sash window to the rear aspect overlooking the garden. Further at this level is a small utility area to the rear of the house which also provides access to the garden. The lower ground floor has a very well equipped modern kitchen and dining area with space for a small dining table. The 12-pane sash window here is above ground floor level and lets light flood in with its Southerly aspect. Also at this level you find an old coal store for storage and a WC with hand basin.
