"This Edwardian style, semi-detached house is believed to date from around 1900. Originally built with Bath stone faced elevations under a tiled roof, it has since been extensively extended to create a spacious, family home with over 2,500 sq ft of accommodation. A walled garden leads to a gabled canopied porch that leads into the main entrance hall. The flexible ground floor configuration begins with the entrance hall, shower room and coat room. Living accommodation includes a study and sitting room overlooking the enclosed front garden and a middle reception room that opens in to the family kitchen with AGA. A rear hallway off the kitchen leads to both a utility room and a fourth reception room / dining room with side garden access. The first floor comprises of four double bedrooms, a single bedroom/study room and a family bathroom. The enclosed 42ft x 36ft front garden has mature hedging to the side and front, creating a sense of privacy.
