"4 Copseland is a wonderful three bedroom double fronted home situated within this desirable street on the southern slopes of the city. The property has been presented to the highest standard and enjoys comfortable living space. Once inside, the home offers a glazed entrance porch leading into the family room. This room has a wealth of features including wooden floors, a beautiful central fireplace with marble surround and timeless cabinetry. The sitting room is enclosed and is situated to the front of the property with double sash windows allowing plenty of natural light into the room.
