"Great location. Open plan kitchen. Living room with log burner and wood floors. Three bedrooms. Big garden. Tick, tick, tick, tick & tick. When you turn off Station Lane and drive through the gate and onto the gravel driveway, you notice that number 120 has something very special about it. From the outside it is clear this is not a normal three bedroom property. It's a lovely, warm and big family home. Walking through the front door you are greeted with a sense of calm. The neat hallway with slate flooring leads to a large open plan kitchen with lots of light from the large window, roof windows and the newly installed bifold doors. The kitchen can be kept tidy because of the very useful utility room and garage. The utility room is the perfect place to throw bags, coats, shoes and dogs. //On a summer weekend morning it will be idyllic to have breakfast on the patio and look out on the long, landscaped garden.//The other door off the hallway takes you into a lovely living room that has lots of little touches that make it a cosy family room.
