"If you are looking for a rural idyll with a warm community at your doorstep then this is the place for you. Literally a stone's throw from wonderful walks on SSSI heathland opposite the house, and a short walk into the popular village of Fulmer, this spacious house offers everything your family could need. The house was built by the vendors to their exacting specification 10 years ago after they fell in love with the village and found a suitable plot of land. Set in beautiful garden with many mature trees, Top Lodge has plenty of space for all the family. The spectacular hallway, with atrium window letting the light flood in, leads to the triple aspect lounge with working fireplace and the family room, again with a working fireplace. You walk from the hallway, through the dining room into the kitchen, fitted with modern units, offering plenty of storage space, and granite worktops. The utility room accommodates the washing machine and tumble dryer and leads out to the garden and to the garage. There is also study downstairs, as well as a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower enclosure.
