"High Croft is a substantial stone built family home set at the head of this charming village in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. This large yet cosy family home has just over 2000 square feet of living space, is fitted with double glazing, gas fired central heating, mains water and drainage, predominantly oak flooring to the ground floor and maintained and presented to very high standards. The bustling Main Street and cobbled square is just a short stroll away. Featuring a spacious living room with hand carved fireplace incorporating a gas fired stove style fire wood burner could be installed , and being open plan to a good sized dining room and sun room onto the south facing garden. A breakfast kitchen features a mains gas Aga and a range of shaker style units with granite worktops, some pleasant views. and with a laundry utility area with further built in units. The kitchen is semi open plan to a good sized family room snug being perfect for everyday living space with built in storage, dresser unit included, and having a door directly onto the gardens and again having some attractive views. Further accommodation on the ground floor includes a reception hall, WC, under stairs store and entrance lobby. The principal bedroom is of very good proportions with two windows giving fantastic southerly views over the National Park, and with an en suite shower room. There is a bus service to the larger market town of Skipton and a local taxi service. "
