"To some, size doesn't matter, but the occupants of this family home would disagree! They chose to live here due to the spacious accommodation to be found within and as you can see from the photograph, it's not a bad looking property either. In fact, it's a win, win scenario from the moment that you enter, the large entrance hall (for a modern house) immediately creating a favourable impression. Turn left and you enter the 22' 8" through lounge, which , to be frank, is just 'big' and this has french double doors leading onto the rear garden. The refitted kitchen/breakfast room has fitted appliances and a lot of families are likely to spend a great deal of time in here as there is ample room for a large table and chairs. From here, you can escape from the rest of the family by moving on into the sitting room. Also downstairs is a rear hall/utility plus a shower room
(ideal for dirty dogs/teenagers) and another loo in the cloakroom off the hall.
