"If Captain Jack Sparrow (Pirates of the Caribbean) was around today, he might be interested in this house. Well, not quite The Black Pearl, but Pearl Yard nonetheless!Just imagine living here. There would never be any excuse to run out of anything. It's a quick stroll through to Tesco's car park and into the superstore itself or turn right and walk into the centre of town for a whole range of shops and amenities, including doctors, dentists, pubs, restaurants etc.The house itself has been extended at the rear and is offered with surprisingly spacious room dimensions, including two separate reception rooms and the rear living room leads directly to the full width kitchen/dining room, complete with free standing range style cooker.
