"Whether you're looking for a starter home, something to retire to or even an investment, you really can't go wrong with living here! This a super little cul-de-sac, which is occupied by similar, neatly tended homes, seems blissfully quiet and (currently) backs onto countryside, complete with cows 'chomping' the grass when I was there - who would think that you are so close to the town centre? The great thing with this house is that it has been extended at the rear, transforming the standard kitchen/diner into a very pleasing open plan area, which has been refitted and has a comfortable dining area. There's even a downstairs loo; especially useful for anyone with children or those not wishing to run upstairs to the bathroom. The lounge is very pleasant and has a bow window, whilst upstairs, there are two bedrooms, the master bedroom having two windows and a deep mirrored wardrobe, whilst the shower room has been refitted. Outside, those with a number of vehicles are sure to be impressed by the long driveway which provides off-road parking for several vehicles, including a carport and a detached single garage. The rear garden has a neatly tended lawn and flower bed, along with a patio area. All windows have been replaced with uPVC double glazed sealed units and the gas central heating boiler has been replaced for added peace of mind.In summary, this is a very well presented home that has been cherished by the current owners and an internal inspection is thoroughly recommended. Best give us a call, before someone beats you to it!
