"Not a bad looking house........and certainly in an excellent location!Properties within this location have normally proved to be very popular due to the close proximity of the Whitchurch Waterway Country Park, which is only within a stone's throw. If you live around here, it is likely that you will want to wander down to the canal and adjoining countryside to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. However, when you do need to re-enter the 'rat-race', you will be pleased to know that this house is particularly well placed for access to the bypass for swift travel by car to Chester, Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton and North Wales. An inspection of the house will reveal well proportioned room dimensions, the spacious entrance hall immediately creating a favourable impression. Families will appreciate the benefit of a downstairs WC in the cloakroom and a useful conservatory has been added to the good sized lounge, The separate dining room is located next to the re-fitted kitchen, which has a fitted hob and cooker, plus an integral automatic dish washer. There are four decent bedrooms upstairs, the master having an en-suite shower room. Outside, the side garden with its sheltered patio is enclosed for the safety of children and pets and whilst not being the largest, it is certainly easily managed!
