"AGENTS WARNING - BE PREPARED????.WE THINK THAT YOU ARE GOING TO LIKE THIS HOUSE!!It's a funny thing really because from the outside, whilst not being unattractive, it looks much the same as many other properties in the road. It is only when you venture inside that you realise not just how well presented it is (the rooms have all been recently redecorated) but also just how spacious it is, particularly downstairs. You actually get a fair bit of house for your money including a double glazed main entrance which leads directly to the enlarged sitting room

(the original hallway having been removed) and there is another, even larger separate reception room

(the rear facing living room). From here, there is access to the good sized galley kitchen/diner which has a comprehensive range of worktops and cupboards, with enough space for a table and chairs. Upstairs, two of the three bedrooms are 'doubles' and whilst the third bedroom is a bit of a squeeze, it is large enough to accommodate a single bed, although some may prefer to utilise this space as a study. Access to the loft is via the second bedroom and the boarded roof space (with storage area off) is ideal for all manner of purposes, so don't throw away your old train set just yet! There is even more exciting news outside, assuming you are looking for a large garden. If you are, then this one is unlikely to disappoint. This too has been neatly tended and is dog/child proofed for peace of mind. As well as the long lawn, there are also dedicated seating patio areas. Another noteworthy feature is the fact that this property does not face another row of terraced houses; it actually faces a mature property that is screened from the road by a mature hedge. In summary, this house is an absolute delight to behold and an early viewing is most strongly recommended in order to avoid disappointment.
