"To quote the Beach Boys, this house is giving me 'Good Vibrations'. You see, there's a certain theme going on here, the renovated dining kitchen in particular, having a 'surfer's paradise' feel, complete with surf shack dining area (very tastefully executed, I might add), through to the open sided outside verandah. Are we in Cornwall or Australia? Neither, Higher Heath of course and not a sea view in sight! Now to the serious stuff - the current house proud vendors have worked their fingers to the bone, renovating this spacious family home from its former shell into the superb accommodation that we see today. The rooms are spacious, including the entrance hall, which immediately creates a favourable impression. Then there's the ever important downstairs WC in the cloakroom and the comfortable lounge has an oak fireplace surround with an open grate. To say that the dining kitchen is spacious is an understatement and the contemporary kitchen area has been refitted with quality brand new Ikea units and wall cupboards, plus fitted appliances. The utility has also been refitted and this gives access to the garage which is currently being used as a playroom and store. Upstairs, all four bedrooms are 'doubles', the master bedroom being ridiculously large by modern day standards.
