"I like this house! It's very well presented throughout and whilst being out in the sticks, it has a fine pub nearby and has excellent road links into nearby Whitchurch and Wem. What more could you want? Another good thing.........the views at the back are gorgeous. You could stand for hours gazing out of the window at the wild life out there.There really isn't much not to like about the inside. There are no really bright over the top colours and the bathroom and downstairs loo have both been re-fitted. There's a comfortable lounge/dining room, a good sized breakfast kitchen and the conservatory takes you virtually into the back garden. Upstairs, the story is much the same, with three well proportioned bedrooms and whether you are looking from the front or the rear, there are very pleasant rural views. Outside, in addition to 2 off-road parking spaces, there is a timber garage and easily managed lawned gardens, the rear garden having a raised timber deck and being enclosed for the safety of children and pets.In summary, I will be surprised if this tidy property does not sell reasonably quickly, so you'll need to act quickly to secure a viewing - it could be yours before you know it!
