DIRECTIONS
From Teme Street, Tenbury Wells head north over Teme Bridge and at the Swan Garage T Junction turn left onto the A456 in the direction of Leominster/Shrewsbury.  After 0.2 mile turn right onto Boraston Lane and then take the fourth right onto Holly Road.  23 Holly Road will be found on the left hand side opposite the turning to Oak Tree Close as indicated by a Nick Champion ‘For Sale’ board.

SITUATION
The property is situated in a very popular residential development adjacent to the local primary school and is within level walking distance of the town centre. The market town of Tenbury Wells offers many facilities including a variety of shops and services, a library, a doctors’ surgery, primary and secondary schools, a cottage hospital, cinema and a range of clubs and societies.

DESCRIPTION

OUTSIDE
The front garden has a lawn and shrubbery borders flanked by a brick effect concrete imprint driveway with parking for three cars leading to the integral garage which has a metal up and over door, power and light, plumbing for a washing machine and an Alpha boiler. A conversion of the garage subject to planning permission could be considered to provide extra accommodation.

Paths on either side of the house lead around to the level rear garden which has a stone paved patio with a feature circular entertaining area bordered by gravel, shrub and flower borders and a lattice timber climbing frame which hosts a selection of mature roses.
