Situation
Priorslee is an established favoured residential locality situated about one mile north east of the wide range of facilities at the Telford town centre together with good access to Junctions 4 & 5 of the M54 motorway and to the town’s central railway station.
Brookvale Road is a cul-de-sac comprising similar calibre detached properties with No.27 being situated towards the end and having a lovely tree lined aspect at the side.

How to get there - from the motorway network (westbound) exit at Junction 4 of the M54 onto the Castle Farm interchange and take the 4th exit right onto Castle Farm Way (B5060), turn left into Priorslee Avenue then right into Brookvale Road where No.27 is situated at the end of the cul-de-sac on the left hand side indicated by a Nick tart for sale board.
