At Heath Hill roundabout take second exit onto Spring Hill Rd, continue straight on at traffic lights into Finger Rd. At the following roundabout, turn right into Bartlett Road and take the first left into Ellwand Court, where the property can be found on the right hand side indicated by a Nock Deighton 'For Sale' board."
