"The Old Hall is ideal for anyone looking for an individually designed home. The property was converted from the former Ludford Parish Church Hall which was originally built in 1906. Care was taken to utilise many of the original features within the conversion which now forms a very spacious detached residence. A major benefit is its location being very conveniently situated for easy access into Ludlow's historic town centre.

There is a spacious reception hall with an impressive stained glass front entrance door. The sitting room is most impressive having a feature floor to ceiling window to the front and a focal point is the art nouveau original cast iron fire surround with a rear flame gas fire. Another special feature is the original stained glass window between the sitting room and the dining room. The separate dining room is spacious and has a second original cast iron fireplace with a gas fired stove. There are glazed doors leading to the outside decking area. The kitchen/breakfast room has extensive wooden fitted units. In here there is also an ornate fire surround. The utility room has a Belfast sink and also includes a washer and tumble dryer. There is a ground floor WC and a glazed door to outside.

On the first floor a large landing gives access to four double bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and matching bedroom furniture. Two have ensuite shower rooms. Bedroom 4 is currently used as an office and has two separate telephone lines. There is a built in desk with drawers and built in shelves. The main bathroom has a white suite of bath, wash basin, WC and bidet.

Outside there is a secluded rear garden, the main area measuring about 50' x 16'. This has been designed for easy maintenance. It has attractive brick walling and ornate paved areas.
